Shipping

We ship items via USPS and UPS*. The info provided in your email should provide you with a link directly to your tracking information. It will also be automatically uploaded to the Shop app, if you are using it.

 

Standard Shipping generally takes 5-7 business days. 

Priority Shipping generally takes 1-3 business days.

There are occasionally delays due to weather (particularly in winter). These delays are unfortunately beyond our control, and we cannot grant refunds for them.

All arrival estimates are provided by the courier themselves, and are not a guaranteed by us in any way. We cannot grant shipping refunds if the shipment is in transit longer than the estimate. If you have any specific questions about delivery estimates, please contact us! 

When your order has shipped, you should get a shipping notification from us. If it's been a day or so and you haven't seen one, check your SPAM folder. If it's not there, feel free to contact us. 

We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

International orders can take more than a month to arrive, depending on your location.  They are also subject to inspection, which may include opening the shipping box.  All items are marked as merchandise, and therefore may also incur a Customs charge.  Both the amount and regularity of these charges vary so much, that there isn't a way for us to know if and how much you will be charged.  Note that we cannot be responsible for these charges and fees, and we cannot declare an item as a gift in order to avoid them.  

All Sinister Stashes ship within the 1st week of the month.

*If you receive a UPS tracking number, please make sure you check for the USPS tracking info attached to it (just click "view details" to find it). We use SurePost but drop it off directly with USPS to save you the extra day or two of transfer time.
